I am originally from Cape Cod and have called Los Angeles home for over a decade. With a Masters degree in the sciences, I have a strong academic background and a love for learning!

After some time in LA, I embarked on a career path as a birth doula. I have worked closely with my mentor, Lori Bregman, for nearly 5 years and feel so fortunate to have her expertise and guidance! While I loved working with families through their pregnancies and births, it was time for a break when I became pregnant myself! I knew I wanted to remain in the birth-work world, and through my breastfeeding journey, my passion for lactation boldly emerged!

I am the proud mother of a 2-year-old son, Arlo! My journey as a mama, birth doula, and breastfeeding advocate has shaped my commitment to empowering and uplifting others in their own birth and breastfeeding experiences.

I continue to prioritize the bond and benefits of breastfeeding; advocating for the importance of breastfeeding protection, promotion, support, and education - all while nursing my toddler!
