2 postpartum sessions (1st during baby’s first few days)
I’d love to hear your birth story and anything else that comes up for you
Lactation goals
Assess latch, positioning, and daily routines
Troubleshoot concerns, changes, and any issues
2 weeks of text support to answer any questions and provide resources and referrals as needed

Virtual or In-Person

Single session to troubleshoot any issues/concerns you may be having or help with planning for the future
- Assistance with proper latch and positioning
- Breast/nipple issues
- Changes in feeding behavior
1-week text support
